I have just returned from Europe and began a gourmet lunch / deli, and various types of Italian sausage and cheese head. I do not live in a place near Deli gourmet markets. So each time you visit a supermarket in the European luxury with a real flesh-cons, I buy many different types of gourmet sausages. Inevitably, I have to freeze some of those purchases.
