How can I get out of "Retail Hell"? - retail hell

I want to be active only in sales jobs in customer service in recent years, but the hatred and the most customers to work, I would like on an assembly line or storing books in a library or a quiet library, but I can not someone find, agreed to hire me to my experiment.
